Cancellation policy

Pre-Order Policy & Terms
By purchasing a pre-order item, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
  • Shipping Timeline: Pre-order items are not currently in stock. They are estimated to ship within 3 to 4 weeks from your date of purchase.
  • All Sales Final: Once an order is placed, it is immediately processed into our production and supply chain. Consequently, we do not accept cancellations, changes, or refunds for change-of-mind reasons while the order is processing.
  • Delays & Legal Rights: We work hard to hit our 3–4 week timeline. In the rare event of a fulfillment delay beyond 4 weeks, we will notify you immediately via email with an updated timeline. In accordance with consumer protection regulations, you will be given the option to accept the new date or cancel your order for a full refund.
  • Address Modifications: If you need to update your shipping address before your item ships, please contact our support team immediately. Address changes cannot be made once the item has shipped.
  • Returns and Exchanges: Once your pre-order item arrives, it is fully covered by our standard return policy.
